We need one person with a truck to help transport race gear early on Saturday morning to the two water stops on the course. A car is not large enough and will get wet.

Food/Drink Tents

Help prepping and managing the post-race food and drink tables/tents.

Aid Station #2 - Top of Patton Mountain Rd

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Manage the Aid Station (Aid Station #2) at the top of Patton Mountain Road. This includes Aid Station setup and cleanup. All the supplies/gear/water for your station will have already been dropped off at the location of the aid station before you arrive.
AFTER the "sweep" has came by and notified you that there are no more runners, please break down your station and make a neat pile where you found it. We will be driving by to pick up the gear.

Aid Station #1/#3 - Corner of Sunset Dr and Old Toll Road

Course Marshall

Help with directing runners and vehicles on Race Day, 6/7/25.

Meet at corner of S Liberty St and Orange St at 6:30 for a brief instructional meeting.

Event Set-Up and Start/Finish Operations

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Help set up and tear down tables, tents, cones, and more at the Start/Finish area on race morning. Also help with the post-race food and drinks.

Saturday Packet Pick Up/Registration

Race Tear-Down/Clean-Up

Help breaking down the race gear and transporting back to storage after the race is over. 10:45am-1:00pm
